- Count Basie and His Kansas City Seven
- Description
- Originally issued on Keystone, in fact you can see that the Mercury labels were pasted over the old Keystone labels, issued here as a 12" two disc album set by Mercury Records. Great 1944 session by Basie and 6 stars from his great band. Condition: E+ to V++; Discs play great, surprisingly quiet surface and recording quality for war era records. Discs generally clean aside from a few occasional light scuffs and a spot or two of staining. Label damage to one label.
