Books are in gently used VG+ condition, some light shelf wear. No writing, tears or dog eared pages. Very Clean. Dustjacket on Volume 1 is protected by a plastic cover and is in Excellent Condition. The Dustjacket for Volume 2 does not have the plastic cover and so is frayed and worn though intact. Both Dustjackets have done their job of keeping the books themselves in great condition. An essential reference for American dance band records, both sweet and hot, up to 1942.
