Fine early Jazz/Dance Band sides by Joseph Samuel’s Jazz Band and The Tampa Blue Jazz Band, also a Samuel’s unit, probably featuring Jules Levy, Hymie Farberman, Larry Briers, etc. - Condition; E—; Plays great, loud and strong, especially for an acoustic. Generally clean copy aside from some very light surface rubbing and a couple of passing digs in the middle of “Ma” resulting in two or three clicks and a very light stressed groove in the middle of “I’ve Got…” minimal affect on playing.
