Description
“Harlem’s Araby” long considered to have been played by a Grey Gull studio band featuring Mike Mosiello, Andy Sannella, etc. however, more recently the players have been identified as Walter Bennett-t, Alberto Socarras and Walter Edwards, ct, as, Porter Grainger-p. Flip side by Clover Trio, probably Nathan Glantz, etc.    Condition: V,V+/V; “Harlem’s Araby” plays loud and strong, fairly quiet surface but rough start, some graying of grooves and bit of light scuffing. “Collegiate” plays well over moderate surface noise throughout, overall light graying of grooves, bit of scuffing, light scratch or two. Slightly bumpy pressing.
