Description
“I’m Feelin’ Devilish” is from the last (and best, in my opinion) session by the Dixie Stompers, drawn from Fletcher Henderson’s orchestra specifically for making acoustic records for Columbia’s budget Harmony label long after Columbia had switched over to Electric recording. The Bert Lown side is an uptempo dance arrangement of the familiar jazz standard. This copy doesn’t have much wear, but it has lots of small scratches that make it fairly noisy. Not an easy one to find, especially clean! MP3 available on request.
