Produced by Oklahoma City radio station OKLA.  Both sides play but with ALOT of surface noise in part because, I think, of recording deficiencies.  This is the from Patti Page's first recording session.  Other released record from this session was My Sweet Papa also with Al Clauser.  So no scuffs but lots of noise.
